Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish and half-English woman was born April 16, 1997 in Miami Florida. Her mother is English and one-half Spanish. Her parents are Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. The father of her is Argentine with Scottish and English heritage. Her mother is Spanish and English heritage. Taylor-Joy has five siblings four from her father's prior marriage. After being in Buenos Aires for six years and then moving to Victoria. Taylor Joy admitted that the transition from Buenos Aires to Victoria was difficult, and she was not able to study English, hoping to go back to Argentina. Hill House became her school preference after she was forced to change schools. Then she attended Queen's Gate School in London and took ballet classes and participated in drama productions. After she turned 16, Taylor-Joy dropped out to focus her full-time acting career. Since her early years, Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to be an actor and her dream came true when she was given a modeling job by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
